The firm

G&G State Tax Group, LLC is a state and local tax advisory firm. The firm provides state and local tax consulting and representation in state and local tax controversies. G&G does not prepare or file tax returns, perform audit, review, compilation, or other attest or assurance services, or provide accounting or bookkeeping services, and is not a CPA firm.

How the library is made

The analysis in the Practice and Procedure library is drawn from the founder's practical experience: technical issues encountered in the field, worked to resolution at the time, and rewritten to illustrate real-world issues and applied knowledge. Articles are drafted and maintained with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools under the founder's direction. The positions, the source materials, and the final review are his, and every citation is verified against the primary source before publication.
